With an ergonomic control knob located on each upright, the width can be easily adjusted from 38 cm (15") to 71 cm (28"). Its height telescopes in 3,8 cm (1 ½") increments that can be securely locked in ten (10) different height positions with a ball point locking pin.

Their design is awesome. Mounted on a satin hardwood platform, the height and width adjustable parallel bars feature tapered hardwood ends for easy wheelchair access and a weight capacity of 181 kg (400 lbs). It includes two (2) non-slip treads at each end to prevent slips and falls. Each steel stud and fittings are heavy gauge black powder coated. The sturdy uprights are made even more stable with the new Secure Lock system and have 76 cm (30") clearance between each upright. Its handrails are made of one piece stainless steel with a 3,8 cm (1 ½") diameter designed for durability and ease of use. The 3mm top edge is made for strength and sturdiness.
