Payment terms are defined for each transaction, and must be honoured at all times. Atlas Medic reserves the right to suspend, or cancel the privilege of, a corporate account.

Invoices can be settled using any of the following payment methods:

• Bill payment service through a participating financial institution

• Electronic funds transfer (EFT)

• Credit card

• Cheque

For amounts under $5,000.00, we accept the following credit cards:

• Visa

• Mastercard

• PayPal

For amounts exceeding this limit, the other payment methods should be used.

A deposit of 30% to 50% is required on any order exceeding $5,000.00, in order to confirm the order.

With some exceptions, restocking charges apply according to the following table. By returning an item, the customer is responsible for the transport costs unless an error has been made by Atlas Medic. Return policy applies.

 We can either issue a refund on the credit card you used for the purchase, or apply a credit to your account.
