Determine your size:

Please download the measurement guide Therapeutica (.pdf) and print it at 100%.  Cut along the outer black line of the guide.

Hold the ruler level and measure from the base of the neck to the outer tip of the bony protuberance at the shoulder. Ignore any muscle mass beyond bone prominence. If you are measuring between two sizes, or if you sleep on a soft surface such as a memory foam or a pillowtop mattress, choose one size less.
