Managing Non-Traumatic Lower Limb Injuries: Essential Tools for Clinicians

This training is open to all healthcare professionals.

General objectives
Understand the main theories related to the physiopathogenesis of lower limb injuries.
Specific objectives
Learn the main and specific assessment tests for lower quadrant injuries.
Understand the main theories on tissue stress, adaptation principles, and preventive stress management.
Develop a program for resuming physical activity or returning to work following an injury, knowing the theoretical principles related to tissue adaptation.
Practice certain specific and clinically effective treatment techniques, such as motor control and muscle stabilization exercises, exercises for tendinopathies, orthotic fitting, and certain taping techniques.
Understand "Evidence-based" in the treatment of non-traumatic lower limb pathologies (complete review of all Cochrane Reviews and literature review on plantar orthoses, treatment of tendinopathies, strengthening and flexibility, etc.).
