Strap ™ is the FIRST patellofemoral brace designed to help relieve patellofemoral pain resulting from abnormal hip movements. The S.E.R.F. Strap ™ uses a unique three (3) point hip-leg anchor to help relieve patellofemoral pain caused by excessive internal hip rotation, knee adduction and / or valgus. Made of fine "Breathe-O-Prene®", the S.E.R.F. Strap ™ is lightweight, breathable and designed to be worn under clothing. The S.E.R.F. Strap ™ can be used to control abnormal hip movements during leisure / athletic activities and as a clinic training tool.

The S.E.R.F Strap ™ is the first patellofemoral brace designed to help relieve PFP resulting from abnormal hip movements.
